But unfortunately I came across the rudest and most unprofessional entrance security staff I’ve ever met. They shouted at me to get my ID. When I politely challenge their behaviour and ask them to talk to me on a civil manner, once I was just fetching the ID card from my bag, they gathered together and yelled at me to leave. It just felt surreal!
